Return Policy

All returns should be made within 30 days of receipt for a refund of the purchase price. 

In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged please contact us within 4 days of delivery for a replacement. To make sure that you are satisfied with the product you receive please inspect the contents as soon as your order arrives. 

Orders REFUSED by you upon delivery will not be refunded.

Eligible returns must be new, unopened, unused, and in the original factory-sealed packaging. Partially used or opened jars are not eligible for a return. 

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.  If we provide a return shipping label, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refunded amount.
